REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for digital courses and services provided by Digital Entrepreneur Hub Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is designed to comply with applicable UK and EU laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (EU). By purchasing our digital courses or services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.


1. RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within

14 calendar days


from the date of purchase ("Cooling-Off Period") without providing any reason. However, this right to cancel and receive a refund is subject to the following conditions:


Digital Courses:If you have accessed, downloaded, or consumed any part of the digital course content (e.g., watched videos, downloaded materials, or participated in live classes), you will no longer be eligible for a refund. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes the right of withdrawal for digital content once the performance has begun with your consent. Live Classes:If you have attended any live classes or received personal or group assistance, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. REFUND REQUESTS

If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe the course is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within

4 calendar days


of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:


The course has not been accessed, and no videos have been watched. No personal or group assistance has been recieved. No live classes have been attended.


Refund requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:


No Refunds After 4 Days:Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances after 4 calendar days from the date of purchase.Intensive Courses:Intensive courses are non-refundable once the start date has passed.Evaluation of Requests:We reserve the right to evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make a final decision at our sole discretion.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:


Digital courses that have been accessed, consumed, or partially completed. Live classes that have been attended.Intensive courses after the start date.Any services or assistance (personal or group) that have been provided.


4. PROTECTION AGAINST FRAUD

This Policy is designed to provide a fair and flexible refund process for our customers while protecting our intellectual property and business interests. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of our content, or violation of our terms of service.


5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may contact us to seek an amicable resolution. If no resolution can be reached, you may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.


6. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For EU customers, this Policy is also subject to the applicable laws of your member state, including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
